History

The Department of Sculpture, affiliated with the Faculty of Fine Arts, offers a four-year undergraduate program in Sculpture. The language of instruction is Turkish. The curriculum is designed to provide students with technical knowledge, practical skills, and artistic formation through both theoretical and studio-based courses.

In addition to the main sculpture studios, the department includes specialized workshops for metal, wood, stone, medallion and jewelry design, as well as drawing studios. The primary objective of the Department of Sculpture is to educate and cultivate qualified prospective artists equipped with the knowledge, skills, and creative vision necessary for contemporary artistic practice.
